Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Product images shown on our website are generic representations of vial style and packaging format. All products are shipped in sealed vials with proper labeling including product name, size, and batch information. Actual vial design and label layout may vary. Certificate of Analysis (COA) and third-party lab documentation will be provided for applicable products when available.

Where can I view my sales receipt or order confirmation?

After your order is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email will include your order number, items purchased, payment confirmation, and shipping information. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at finessebiopep@outlook.com.

How can I return an item?

Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final once shipped. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at finessebiopep@outlook.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and packaging photos if applicable. We will review your case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

Will you restock items indicated as "out of stock"?

Yes. We work to restock popular products as quickly as possible. Product availability may vary based on manufacturing schedules, quality control testing, and supply chain factors. If you would like to be notified when a specific product is back in stock, please email us at finessebiopep@outlook.com with the product name, and we will add you to our notification list.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States via FedEx 2–3 day shipping for a flat rate of $15.00. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Finesse Bio is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information. International shipping is not available at this time.
